- Dismantle the motor
- Test all windings – check resistance (single phase and 3-phase), check insulation to earth (single phase and 3-phase), run Baker test (3-phase motors only)
- Jet wash, dry out, varnish windings, and oven-stove
- Replace bearings and seals
- Assemble the motor, perform final tests, and run
Each motor is assessed individually during servicing, with a full work scope tailored for any additional performance repairs. The procedure above is an example of our typical servicing process.
